The Odisha Naval Tata Hockey High Performance Centre is an apex Hockey training institute in Bhubaneshwar, selecting the best hockey players in the state and grooming them into future National & International players. Though the focus will definitely be on promoting local state talent, this institute would look at identifying and developing talent from all parts of India. Tata Steel and Tata Trusts has taken the complete ownership of this institute and operationalize it as an autonomous body.
